The Company was
originally established in 1948 as Morrison and Partners and was
incorporated as a limited company becoming Morrison Design Limited
in 1987. The Company's reputation for high levels of competence
and professionalism in all aspects of architectural and construction
processes is reflected in the repeat and referral business received
from corporate clients, many of whom are long standing, and demand
a high level of service within competitive fee scales.
It has always been the policy of the practice to maintain a high
director to staff ratio to ensure ongoing management control.
The Company is fortunate in having the benefit of experienced
senior staff, many of whom have been with the Practice for more
than 10 years.
The Company is well versed in all aspects of commercial and public
building design. Extensive experience has been gained specifically
in the design and procurement of hotels from budget to five star
rating and sports and leisure facilities both private and publically
funded. |
